श्रीगंगानगर। भारत-पाकिस्तान अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा से सटे राजस्थान के संवेदनशील जिले श्रीगंगानगर में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को बेहद कड़ा कर दिया गया है। सीमा पार से लगातार मिल रहे ड्रोन मूवमेंट के इनपुट्स और हेरोइन व हथियारों की तस्करी के बढ़ते खतरों को देखते हुए सीमा सुरक्षा बल (BSF) ने आज एक बड़ा और विशेष निगरानी अभियान शुरू किया है। इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य सीमा पार बैठे राष्ट्रविरोधी तत्वों के किसी भी नापाक मंसूबे को पूरी तरह से नाकाम करना है। हाल के दिनों में घने कोहरे, मौसम के बदलाव और अंधेरे का फायदा उठाकर पाकिस्तानी तस्करों द्वारा भारतीय क्षेत्र में ड्रोन भेजने की घटनाएं बढ़ी हैं, जिसे देखते हुए बीएसएफ अब ‘जीरो टॉलरेंस’ की नीति पर काम कर रही है।

आज सुबह से ही बीएसएफ के उच्च अधिकारियों के नेतृत्व में भारत-पाक सीमा से सटे इलाकों, कटीली तारों के पास और संवेदनशील चौकियों पर अतिरिक्त जवानों की तैनाती की गई है। इस विशेष अभियान के तहत सीमा सुरक्षा बल ने अत्याधुनिक तकनीकों का सहारा लिया है। दिन के समय दूरबीन और आधुनिक कैमरों से निगरानी रखी जा रही है, वहीं रात के समय के लिए एक व्यापक ‘नाइट-पेट्रोलिंग’ (रात्रि गश्त) का खाका तैयार किया गया है। रात के अंधेरे में ड्रोन की आवाज को पकड़ने के लिए विशेष साउंड-सेंसर और एंटी-ड्रोन गन से लैस टीमों को अग्रिम चौकियों पर तैनात किया गया है। इसके अलावा, सीमा से सटे खेतों, झाड़ियों और नहरों के आसपास गहन सर्च ऑपरेशन (तलाशी अभियान) चलाया जा रहा है ताकि पहले से गिराए गए किसी भी संदिग्ध पैकेट या सामग्री को बरामद किया जा सके।

इस सुरक्षा चक्र को और अधिक मजबूत बनाने के लिए केवल सीमा ही नहीं, बल्कि सीमा के समानांतर चलने वाले ग्रामीण इलाकों पर भी ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है। आज श्रीगंगानगर जिला पुलिस और बीएसएफ की संयुक्त टीमों ने सीमावर्ती गांवों (जैसे 3E छोटी, हिंदूमलकोट, केसरीसिंहपुर और गजसिंहपुर के नजदीकी इलाकों) में जाकर एक विशेष जन-जागरूकता और संपर्क अभियान चलाया। इस दौरान सुरक्षा बलों और पुलिस के आला अधिकारियों ने स्थानीय ग्रामीणों, सरपंचों और युवाओं के साथ महत्वपूर्ण बैठकें कीं।

बैठक में ग्रामीणों को संबोधित करते हुए अधिकारियों ने कहा कि देश की सुरक्षा में सीमावर्ती नागरिकों की भूमिका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने ग्रामीणों से अपील की कि:

• ड्रोन की आवाज पर नजर रखें: यदि रात या अलसुबह आसमान में किसी भी तरह के ड्रोन की आवाज सुनाई दे या कोई उड़ती हुई रोशनी दिखाई दे, तो तुरंत इसकी सूचना पास की बीएसएफ चौकी या पुलिस थाने को दें।

• संदिग्धों की सूचना दें: गांव या खेतों में कोई भी अनजान व्यक्ति, लावारिस वाहन या संदिग्ध गतिविधि नजर आए, तो उससे खुद उलझने के बजाय तुरंत सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को सूचित करें।

• सटीक सूचना पर इनाम: प्रशासन ने यह भी साफ किया है कि तस्करों या ड्रोन के संबंध में सटीक और महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देने वाले नागरिकों की पहचान पूरी तरह गुप्त रखी जाएगी और उन्हें उचित नकद पुरस्कार से नवाजा जाएगा।

इस अभियान के बाद से पूरे सीमावर्ती क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा एजेंसियां, खुफिया विभाग (सीआईडी) और स्थानीय पुलिस आपस में पल-पल की जानकारी साझा कर रही हैं। बीएसएफ के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जब तक सीमा पार से होने वाली इन अवैध गतिविधियों पर पूरी तरह से लगाम नहीं लग जाती, तब तक यह विशेष चौकसी और सघन चेकिंग अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा।

Mega BSF Operation on Indo-Pak Border: Security Grid Tightened After Drone Inputs, Border Villages on High Alert

Sri Ganganagar. Security arrangements have been intensively tightened in Sri Ganganagar, a sensitive district in Rajasthan adjoining the India-Pakistan international border. In light of continuous inputs regarding cross-border drone movements and the escalating threats of heroin and weapons smuggling, the Border Security Force (BSF) has launched a massive and specialized surveillance operation today. The primary objective of this campaign is to completely neutralize any nefarious designs of anti-national elements operating from across the border. In recent times, Pakistani smugglers have increasingly capitalized on dense fog, changing weather conditions, and darkness to dispatch drones into Indian territory, prompting the BSF to adopt a strict ‘zero-tolerance’ policy.

Since early this morning, under the leadership of senior BSF officers, additional troops have been deployed in areas adjacent to the Indo-Pak border, near the barbed-wire fences, and at sensitive outposts. As part of this special operation, the Border Security Force has leveraged state-of-the-art technology. While daytime monitoring is being conducted using high-powered binoculars and modern surveillance cameras, a comprehensive framework for ‘night-patrolling’ has been mapped out for the nocturnal hours. To detect the hum of drones in the pitch-darkness, specialized teams equipped with sound sensors and anti-drone guns have been stationed at forward posts. Furthermore, intensive search operations are being carried out around border farmlands, thickets, and canals to intercept any suspicious packets or contraband dropped previously.

To make this security blanket foolproof, focus has shifted not just to the zero-line but also to the rural pockets running parallel to the border. Today, joint teams of the Sri Ganganagar District Police and the BSF visited border villages (including areas near 3E Chhoti, Hindumalkot, Kesrisinghpur, and Gajsinghpur) to conduct a special public awareness and outreach program. During these visits, top brass from the security forces and police held crucial interactive meetings with local villagers, village heads (Sarpanches), and the youth.

Addressing the villagers during the meetings, officials emphasized that the role of border residents is paramount in safeguarding the nation’s security. They appealed to the villagers to:

• Monitor Drone Sounds: If any sound of a drone is heard or any flying light is spotted in the sky during the night or early morning hours, it must be reported instantly to the nearest BSF post or police station.

• Report Suspects: If any unfamiliar face, abandoned vehicle, or suspicious activity is noticed in the village or fields, citizens should immediately notify security agencies rather than confronting the situation themselves.

• Rewards for Accurate Info: The administration also clarified that the identity of citizens providing precise and vital information regarding smugglers or drones will be kept strictly confidential, and they will be honored with appropriate cash rewards.

Following the launch of this operation, security agencies, the intelligence wing (CID), and local police across the border belt are sharing real-time information. BSF officials stated that this special vigilance and rigorous checking drive will continue unabated until these illegal cross-border activities are completely curbed.
